PROMOTION OF SERVICES. 4.1. AGENCY will provide all materials to be distributed to the Superintendent or designee, who shall review and approve all materials to ensure compliance with Board Policy 1325. Content must be focused on the AGENCY program(s) for youth conducted for School District students as established by the MOU. SBUSD staff reserves the right to approve or reject material for distribution at our discretion. 4.2.
