Promotion of Terrorist Activities. In compliance with the provisions of the USA Patriot Act of 2001, Pub. L. No. 107-56, 115 Stat. 272, as amended, and U.S. Executive Order 13224, the Company represents that it will not promote or support terrorist activities and that it will not provide any proceeds of the Investment to any entity or individual that promotes or engages in such activities.
