Promotion of the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement. The NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement Terms and Conditions include program provisions governing participation in the cooperative, reporting and payment of administrative fees, and marketing/education relating to the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative procurement program. In this regard, know that Contractor will be expected to: 1. Promote the use of the Master Agreement. 2. Integrate each state’s procurement officials’ (CPO) permission to use the Master Agreement. 3. Acknowledge that Public entities are sensitive to “scope” issues, that is, whether performance is within the intended scope of the solicitation as awarded. Contractor shall have a strategy to promote agreements of this nature.
