2.1. RFP Question and Answer Process All questions, including those about Terms and Conditions, must be submitted in writing, via email, to the Contract Administrator listed on the RFP. Questions must be submitted by the question deadline date and time shown in Section 1.3 (Schedule of Events). Answers will be given via the State of Oklahoma Solicitation site as soon as possible. The Lead State may refuse to answer questions received after the deadline to receive questions.
