SCALE 3.2.1 Promotion over the Bar will be subject to the standards and criteria in the Standards Policy. 3.2.2 The academic head will be asked to report in detail on the candidate's record as a scholar and teacher, to comment on contributions to the University, profession or community, and to add any appropriate general comment on the application.
