Promotional Programs. Sunrun may from time to time offer promotional programs for Sunrun Products to Contractors, such programs Contractors may in turn offer to potential Host Customers. Contractor agrees not to run any promotional programs for Sunrun Products that are not approved in writing (email acceptable) in advance by Sunrun.

The TBC will conduct promotional activities and information distribution for all features of the TMD program at the Project; facilitate access to residential and commercial tenants/employers and employees, and residents for purposes of informing and educating about programs and services available in the TMD; and distribute paper and/or electronic “Welcome Packets” with information about commuting alternatives or other materials to be provided by MCDOT to new tenants, new employers, and new employees and residents. Applicant will provide MCDOT with an updated list of tenants/employers on a semi-annual basis. This information will be used by MCDOT solely for transportation demand management- related purposes. Applicant will ensure that all activities required of the TBC will be supported by adequate budgetary allocations so that efforts to help meet trip reduction and mode share goals of the TMD are feasible.
Promotional Programs. Franchisee agrees to cooperate and participate fully in all in-store POS advertising and promotional programs reasonably designated by Franchisor from time to time.

Promotional Programs. The sub-distributor agrees to cooperate with AMD in sales and marketing promotional programs from time to time and **** in costs and expenses. The sub-distributor also agrees to create and maintain adequately informative advertising and merchandising programs consistent with FASL specifications.

Agent acknowledges that the purchase, sale, or barter of promotional awards, mileage, or tickets (other than a purchase from SV) is strictly prohibited and that Agent's direct or indirect involvement in any of these activities subjects Agent to (i) agent debit memos (“ADM”), (ii) the possible suspension, limitation or termination of Agent's Appointment, and (iii) legal or equitable remedies. Agent further acknowledges and understands that any fraud or abuse concerning promotional programs or awards, mileage, or tickets on the part of Agent or Agent's customers may subject Agent's customers to administrative and legal action by SV, including the forfeiture of all (i) award certificates, (ii) tickets issued against award certificates, and (iii) accrued points/miles in the member's account, as well as suspension or cancellation of the account. Agent further understands that promotional or award tickets that have been purchased, sold, or bartered are void and that use of these tickets may result in the tickets being confiscated by SV, the passenger's trip being stopped or interrupted, and the passenger being required to purchase a ticket to continue travel.

Promotional Programs. From and after Closing Buyer will cause the Acquired Corporations to honor all passes, discount coupons, Vertical Plus program awards and other similar promotional items previously issued by any of the Acquired Corporations (or their respective predecessors) prior to the Closing Date (except to the extent indemnifiable by Seller in accordance with Section 10.2 hereof).
