PROMPT ASSISTANCE. (a) If you find yourself in difficulty whilst you are on holiday, we will offer you such prompt assistance as is appropriate in the circumstances. In particular, we will provide you with appropriate information on health services, local authorities and consular assistance, and assistance with distance communications and finding alternative travel arrangements.
