Prompt Return to Work. If the employee has been gone up to thirty (30) days, the employee must report to work on the first workday which begins after safe travel time from the duty site plus eight (8) hours to rest. If the employee has been gone 31 to 180 days, the employee must apply in writing for work within fourteen (14) days after completing military service. If the employee has been gone 181 days or more, the employee must apply in writing for work within ninety (90) days.
