Common use of Proof of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Proof of Coverage. Upon request Vendor must provide current and properly completed in-force certificates of insurance to Citizens that evidence the coverages required in this Section. The certificates for Commercial General Liability insurance must correctly identify the type of work Vendor is providing to Citizens under this Agreement. The agent signing the certificate must hold an active Insurance General Lines Agent license (issued within the United States). Vendor shall provide copies of its policies upon request by Citizens.
