Proof of Default. Should the Trustee take legal proceedings against the Issuer or the Guarantor (as the case may be) to enforce any of the provisions of this Trust Deed: (a) proof therein that as regards any specified Note the Issuer or the Guarantor (as the case may be) has made default in paying any principal, premium or interest due in respect of such Note shall (unless the contrary be proved) be sufficient evidence that the Issuer or the Guarantor (as the case may be) has made the like default as regards all other Notes which are then due and repayable; and (b) proof therein that as regards any specified Coupon the Issuer or the Guarantor (as the case may be) has made default in paying any interest due in respect of such Coupon shall (unless the contrary be proved) be sufficient evidence that the Issuer or the Guarantor (as the case may be) has made the like default as regards all other Coupons which are then due and payable.
