Service Provider shall secure from a good and responsible company or companies authorized to transact insurance business in the State of California, the policies of insurance required by this Agreement and furnish to the City Clerk certificates of insurance evidencing the required coverage, and policy endorsements at least one (1) business day prior to the commencement of any services to be performed under this Agreement.
