Common use of Proof of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Proof of Insurance. The Recipient will: (a) provide to the Province, either: (i) certificates of insurance that confirm the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1; or (ii) other proof that confirms the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1; and (b) upon the request of the Province, provide to the Province a copy of any insurance policy.

Proof of Insurance. The At the request of the Province from time to time, the Recipient will: (a) provide to the Province, either: (i) annually, certificates of insurance that confirm the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1A.10.1 (Recipient’s Insurance); or (ii) other proof that confirms the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1A.10.1 (Recipient’s Insurance); and (b) upon the request of at the Province’s request, the Recipient will provide to the Province a copy of any of the Recipient’s insurance policypolicies that relate to the Project or otherwise to the Agreement or both.

Proof of Insurance. The Recipient will: (a) provide to the Province, either: (i) certificates of insurance that confirm the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1; or (ii) other proof that confirms the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1; and (b) in the event of a Proceeding, and upon the request of Province’s request, the Province, Recipient will provide to the Province a copy of any of the Recipient’s insurance policypolicies that relate to the Project or otherwise to the Agreement, or both.

The Recipient will: (a) shall provide to the Province with certificates of insurance, or other proof as may be requested by the Province, either: (i) certificates of insurance that confirm the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1; or (ii) other proof that confirms the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1; and (b) upon 11.1. Upon the request of the Province, provide the Recipient shall make available to the Province a copy of any each insurance policy.

Proof of Insurance. The At the Province’s request, the Recipient will: (a) provide to the Province, either: (i) annually, certificates of insurance that confirm the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1A.10.1 (Recipient’s Insurance); or (ii) other proof that confirms the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1A.10.1 (Recipient’s Insurance); and (b) upon the request of at the Province’s request, the Recipient will provide to the Province a copy of any of the Recipient’s insurance policypolicies that relate to the Project or otherwise to the Agreement or both.

Proof of Insurance. The Recipient will: (a) provide to the Province, either: (i) certificates of insurance that confirm the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.111.1; or (ii) other proof that confirms the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.111.1; and (b) upon the request of the Province, provide to the Province a copy of any insurance policy.

The If requested, the Recipient will: (a) will provide to the Province with certificates of insurance, or other proof as may be requested by the Province, either: (i) certificates of insurance that confirm the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1; or (ii) other proof that confirms the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1; and (b) upon the request of the Province, provide to the Province a copy of any insurance policy.A9.1.‌

Upon the request of the Province, provide the Recipient will make available to the Province a copy of any each insurance policy.

The Recipient will: (a) a. provide to the Province, either: (i) i. certificates of insurance that confirm the insurance coverage as provided for in required by section A10.1; or (ii) . other proof that confirms the insurance coverage as provided for in required by section A10.1; and (b) b. in the event of a Proceeding, and upon the request of Province’s request, the Province, Recipient will provide to the Province a copy of any of the Recipient’s insurance policypolicies that relate to the Project or otherwise to the Agreement, or both.

Proof of Insurance. (a) The Recipient will: (ai) provide to the Province, either: (iA) certificates of insurance that confirm the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1required by Section 16.1; or (iiB) other proof that the Province requires in its sole and absolute discretion that confirms the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1required by Section 16.1; and (bii) in the event of a proceeding, and upon the request of Province’s request, the Province, Recipient will provide to the Province a copy of any of the Recipient’s insurance policypolicies that relate to the Project or otherwise to the Agreement, or both.

Proof of Insurance. The Recipient will: (a) provide to the Province, either: (i) certificates of insurance that confirm the insurance coverage as provided for in required by section A10.1; or (ii) other proof that confirms the insurance coverage as provided for in required by section A10.110.1; and (b) in the event of a Proceeding, and upon the request of Province’s request, the Province, Recipient will provide to the Province a copy of any of the Recipient’s insurance policypolicies that relate to the Project or otherwise to the Agreement, or both.
