Proof of Insurance. The Tenant shall provide the Landlord with a copy of the Renters Insurance policy declaration page or a certificate of insurance prior to the commencement of the Term and upon any renewal or change of the policy. The Tenant must also provide proof of insurance within 10 days of any written request by the Landlord as a requirement under this Agreement.

Proof of Insurance. The Tenant shall provide the Landlord with a copy of the Renters Insurance policy declaration page or a certificate of insurance prior to the commencement of the Term and upon any renewal or change of the policy. The Tenant must also provide proof of insurance within 10 days to Landlord in the form of certificates evidencing the required coverage and stating that Landlord will be given thirty (30) days’ notice prior to any written request by cancellation or material change of coverage. Landlord reserves the Landlord as a requirement under this Agreementright to review the actual policy and to reasonably approve the form of coverage and the insuring companies.
