Common use of Proof of Policies Clause in Contracts

Proof of Policies. Provider and subcontractor, as applicable, shall keep on file copies of their policies, including, but not limited to those related to, confidentiality, incident reporting, sexual harassment, nondiscrimination, equal opportunity and/or affirmative action, Americans with Disabilities Act, and drug-free workplace.
