CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES. Provider shall comply with all relevant provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act and other state, federal or local laws that mandate the accessibility of programs, services, and benefits for persons with disabilities. The Children’s Trust also requires Provider implement reasonable programmatic accommodations to include children with disabilities and their families, whenever possible.

CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES. Provider understands that The Children’s Trust expects Provider to meet the federal standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act. By policy of The Children’s Trust, providers must also implement reasonable programmatic accommodations to include children with disabilities and their families, whenever possible. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Provider shall not be required to make any alteration to any public school building or other building or structure which is not owned by Provider.

  • Fair Employment Practices and Americans with Disabilities Act Party agrees to comply with the requirement of Title 21V.S.A. Chapter 5, Subchapter 6, relating to fair employment practices, to the full extent applicable. Party shall also ensure, to the full extent required by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, that qualified individuals with disabilities receive equitable access to the services, programs, and activities provided by the Party under this Agreement.
