Common use of Proof of Subcontractor insurance Clause in Contracts

Proof of Subcontractor insurance. Certification by the Construction Professional that all Subcontractors performing work on this Project are covered by their own workers’ compensation insurance. Certificates as such are included as an Exhibit to each Subcontract Agreement between the CMR and Subcontractor and will be supplied by each Subcontractor prior to commencement of physical work onsite. Copies of approved certicates will be forwarded to Owner upon receipt.
