No funds shall be advanced on account of the Loan to finance the acquisition of any real property by the Borrower, or any construction thereon, until the Borrower shall have submitted evidence satisfactory to the Administrator that it has acquired or will acquire such right, title or interest in such real property as the Administrator may require.
