Common use of Proofs of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Proofs of Compliance. Upon reasonable written request from the Company and no more than once (1) a year, UiPath will provide the Company, without undue delay, with (a) answers to a written security questionnaire provided by the Company, or references to where information required under that questionnaire is available, (b) a description of UiPath’s technical and organizational practices in respect of the Processing of Personal Data, as necessary to assess compliance with this DPA.
