Common use of Proper Care Clause in Contracts

Proper Care. Buyer will provide good and proper care of the puppy/dog. Such care includes providing adequate housing and protection from the elements, a safe (preferably fenced) exercise area, and proper and sufficient nutrition. Buyer will provide proper veterinary care throughout the puppy/dog’s lifetime, including but not limited to, routine vaccinations and/or titers to maintain the puppy/dog’s immunity to common canine diseases.

Proper Care. Buyer will provide good and proper care of the puppy/dog. Such care includes providing adequate housing and protection from the elements, a safe (preferably fenced) exercise area, and proper and sufficient nutrition. Buyer will provide proper veterinary care throughout the puppy/puppy/ dog’s lifetime, including but not limited to, routine vaccinations and/or titers to maintain the puppy/dog’s immunity to common canine diseases.

Such care includes providing adequate indoor housing and protection from the elements, a safe (preferably fenced) exercise area, and proper and sufficient nutrition, and appropriate physical and emotional support for optimum development. Buyer agrees that puppy/dog will be socialized and treated as part of the family, and never tethered outside while unsupervised. Buyer will provide proper veterinary care throughout likewise not expose the puppypuppy to public/dog’s lifetime, including but not limited to, routine vaccinations and/or titers to maintain common areas that may contain contagion until the puppy/dog’s immunity to common canine diseasespuppy is fully vaccinated.

The Buyer will provide proper veterinary care throughout the puppy/dog’s lifetime, including but not limited to, routine vaccinations and/or titers to maintain the puppy/dog’s immunity to common canine diseasesand parasite control.

Such care includes providing adequate housing indoors and protection from the elements, a safe (preferably fenced) exercise area, and proper and sufficient nutrition. Buyer will provide proper veterinary care throughout the puppy/dog’s lifetime, including but not limited to, routine vaccinations and/or titers to maintain the puppy/dog’s immunity to common canine diseases.
