Proper Law. Whatever the nationality, residence or domicile of either Party and wherever the dispute or difference or any part thereof arose the law of Northern Ireland shall be the proper law of any reference to arbitration hereunder and in particular (but not so as to derogate from the generality of the foregoing) the provisions of the Arbitration Xxx 0000 shall apply to any such arbitration wherever the same or any part of it shall be conducted and the place of the arbitration shall be in England and Wales.
