Common use of Properties in Good Condition Clause in Contracts

Properties in Good Condition. Except as permitted in Section 9.5 hereof, each of the Borrowers shall keep, and shall cause each of their respective Subsidiaries to keep, its material properties in good repair, working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and, from time to time, make all necessary and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, additions and improvements thereto, so that the business carried on may be properly and advantageously conducted at all times in accordance with prudent business management.

Properties in Good Condition. Except as permitted in Section 9.5 hereof, each of the Borrowers Borrower shall keep, and shall cause each of their respective its Subsidiaries to keep, its material properties (including properties subject to Equipment Leases) in good repair, working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and, from time to time, make all necessary and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, additions and improvements thereto, so that the business carried on may be properly and advantageously conducted at all times in accordance with prudent business management.
