Common use of Properties; Liens Clause in Contracts

Properties; Liens. Each Company has good and marketable title to all its property reflected on the Current Financials as being owned by it except for property that is obsolete or that has been disposed of in the ordinary course of business between the date of the Current Financials and the date of this agreement or, after the date of this agreement, as permitted by SECTION 9.10 or SECTION 9.11. No Lien exists on any property of any Company except Permitted Liens. No Company is party or subject to any agreement, instrument, or order which in any way restricts any Company's ability to allow Liens to exist upon any of its assets except relating to Permitted Liens.
