Fail to maintain, repair, service, preserve, and in any way further encumber, the Assets, other than inventory sold or used, accounts receivable collected upon and supplies used, in each case in the ordinary course of business after the date hereof, for which, in the case of inventory and supplies, replacements have been made consistent with prior practice.
