Property and Injury to Personnel. 19.2.1 The Contractor shall be liable for, and shall defend, indemnify and hold the Corporation Group harmless from and against any Claim in connection with: (a) loss of or damage to the property of the Contractor Group (including, but not limited to, the Contractor’s Equipment); and (b) loss of or damage to the property of the Corporation Group (including the Free Issue Material); and (c) death or sickness of or injury to any member of the Contractor Group (including, but not limited to, the Contractor’s Personnel) arising out of or in connection with the performance of this Contract, whether or not resulting from or contributed to by any negligence and/or breach of duty (statutory or otherwise) of the Corporation Group.
