Common use of Property and Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Property and Liability Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received certificates of insurance evidencing property and general liability insurance coverage under any and all insurance policies held by the Credit Parties, the Tenants and the operators with respect to the Borrowing Base Assets, and each such policy shall name the Administrative Agent (on behalf of the Lenders) as sole loss payee under a standard mortgagee endorsement and/or as an additional insured (as applicable).

The Administrative Agent shall have received the insurance certificates and certified copies of insurance evidencing property and general liability insurance coverage under any and all insurance policies held by required herein, along with a loss payable endorsement naming Administrative Agent, for the Credit benefit of the Lender Parties, the Tenants and the operators with respect to the Borrowing Base Assets, and each such policy shall name the Administrative Agent (on behalf of the Lenders) as sole loss payee under a standard mortgagee endorsement and/or and as an additional insured (as applicable)insured, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent and its counsel.
