Common use of Property Information Defined Clause in Contracts

Property Information Defined. As used in this Agreement, the term "Property Information" shall mean (i) all information and documents in any way relating to the Shopping Centers, the operation thereof or the sale thereof (including, without limitation, Leases, Contracts and Licenses) furnished to, or otherwise made available for review by, the Purchaser or its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, brokers, agents or other representatives, including, without limitation, attorneys, accountants, contractors, consultants, engineers and financial advisors (collectively, the "Purchaser's Representatives"), by the Sellers or any of the Sellers' Affiliates, or their agents or representatives, including, without limitation, their contractors, engineers, attorneys, accountants, consultants, brokers or advisors, and (ii) all analyses, compilations, data, studies, reports or other information or documents prepared or obtained by the Purchaser or the Purchaser's Representatives containing or based, in whole or in part, on the information or documents described in the preceding clause (i), or the Investigations, or otherwise reflecting their review or investigation of the Shopping Centers. 18.4
