Property Loss - Assault. In the event that an employee has any clothing or other personal property damaged or destroyed as the result of an unwarranted assault suffered in the course of his/her employment, the Board shall reimburse the employee the cost of repair or replacement value of such property, less any benefit from Workers’ Compensation or insurance. This benefit shall have a five dollar ($5.00) minimum clause.
