Common use of Property Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Property Maintenance. The Transferor Partnership, in accordance with its normal practices and procedures, shall continue to maintain and to make all repairs and replacements to the Property so as to keep the Property in substantially its present condition, subject to the provisions of Section 7 hereof, and the Transferor Partnership shall operate and manage the Property in the same manner as it has operated the Property prior to the date hereof.
