Common use of Property Management Standards Clause in Contracts

Property Management Standards. Property furnished by the Department or acquired in whole or in part with federal or Department funds or whose cost was charged to a project supported by federal or Department funds shall be utilized and disposed of in a manner generally consistent with state and federal requirements (OMB Circulars A-102 or A-110 and the appropriate federal common rule, whichever would be applicable under federal law).
