Property of Tenant. All property placed on the Premises by, at the direction of, or with the consent of Tenant or Tenant’s Invitees, shall be at the risk of Tenant or the owner thereof and Landlord shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to said property resulting from any cause whatsoever except to the extent of any loss or damage caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or its agents, provided same is not covered by the insurance Tenant is required to maintain under the terms of this Lease.
