PROPERTY OF THE BUSINESS. All memoranda, notes, lists, records and other documents or papers (and all copies thereof) relating to the Business, including such items stored in computer memories, on microfiche or by any other means, made or compiled by or on behalf of the Shareholders or the Corporation or made available to them relating to the Business, but excluding any materials (other than the minute books of the Corporation) maintained by any attorneys for the Corporation or the Shareholders prior to the Closing, are and shall be the property of WCI and have been delivered or will be delivered or made available to WCI at the Closing.
PROPERTY OF THE BUSINESS. The employee must take all reasonable care in using company property. On termination of their employment or upon request, they must return, in good condition (subject to fair wear and tear), any property in their possession belonging to the company.

All memoranda, notes, lists, records and other documents or papers (and all copies thereof) relating to the Business, including such items stored in computer memories, on microfiche or by any other means, made or compiled by or on behalf of Seller or made available to Seller relating to the Business (other than those relating to the Excluded Assets and the Excluded Liabilities), but excluding any materials maintained by any attorneys for Seller prior to the Closing, are and shall be the property of WCI or Buyer and have been delivered or will be delivered or made available to WCI or Buyer at the Closing.

PROPERTY OF THE BUSINESS. Upon XXXXX' termination of employment (for any reason), all memoranda, notes, lists, records and other documents or papers (and all copies thereof) including items stored in computer memories, on microfiche or by any other means, made or compiled by or on behalf of XXXXX, or made available to XXXXX relating to the business of EWOK, are and shall be EWOK's property and shall, if in the possession of XXXXX, be promptly delivered to EWOK.
PROPERTY OF THE BUSINESS. All memoranda, notes, lists, records and other documentation or papers (and all copies thereof), including such items stored in computer memories, or microfiche or by any other means, which will become the New LP’s property (after the consummation of transactions contemplated by this Agreement), are and shall be the New LP’s property and shall be delivered to the New LP promptly on the request of Buyer.
PROPERTY OF THE BUSINESS. All memoranda, notes, lists, records and other documentation or papers (and all copies thereof), including such items stored in computer memories, or microfiche or by any other means, which will become the New LLC’s property (after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement), are and shall be the New LLC’s property and shall be delivered to the New LLC promptly on the request of NovaMed.
