Relating to the Business definition

Relating to the Business means used primarily or exclusively in the operation or conduct of the Business as conducted as of immediately prior to the Petition Date, but shall exclude Shared Services.

More Definitions of Relating to the Business

Relating to the Business means required for or used, or held or employed for use, primarily or exclusively in the operation or conduct of the Business as conducted prior to the date hereof.
