Common use of Property outside the Project Right of Way Clause in Contracts

Property outside the Project Right of Way. The Concessionaire shall be responsible, at its own cost and expense, for the acquisition of, or to cause the acquisition of, any property, temporary easements or other property rights outside of the Project Right of Way which may be necessary for any permanent or temporary works outside of the Project Right of Way, including those necessary to accommodate laydown, staging, drainage and other construction methods in connection with the construction of the Project, and for all facilities and improvements required for the opening and operation of the HOT Lanes Project.
