PROPERTY OWNER REPRESENTATIONS. (a) Property Owner hereby represents and warrants that he, she or it (i) is the owner of the Property and has the authority to execute this Agreement; (ii) has the right, power and authority, and any required governmental licenses or permits, such as a short-term rental license or permit, to enter into this Agreement and lease the Property in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof, and the necessary corporate, partnership or trust action to authorize this Agreement has taken place; and (iii) has read, understands, accepts and has received a copy of the Agreement.
