Common use of Property Vacant Clause in Contracts

Property Vacant. The Landlord is liable for any and all expenses incurred while The Property is vacant. The Agent will not be responsible for arranging any repair works required in respect of an unoccupied Property unless payment is made in advance to The Agent by The Landlord for all Repair Costs.
