Common use of PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE Clause in Contracts

Proposals are subject to acceptance by the signing of a contract and issuance of an appropriate purchase order at any time within sixty (60) days after the receipt of quotes unless otherwise stipulated. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes and reserves the right to waive any informality in any quote.
