PROPOSAL ACTIVITIES. 1.1 During the term of this Agreement, Prime shall use its good faith efforts to secure prime contracts for the Program, and shall exercise good faith efforts to assist Prime in achieving this result through its endeavors in the field of EXHIBIT A work. Any modifications to EXHIBIT A shall be in writing signed by both parties.
