Proposal and Submission of Approval Order. Simultaneously with their submission of the Sale Motion, Sellers proposed and submitted the Approval Order to the Bankruptcy Court for execution at the Sale Hearing, and such submission will be amended and modified pursuant to, and to reflect the terms of this Agreement on or prior to such date that is five (5) Business Days before the date scheduled for the Sale Hearing. The amended and modified form of Approval Order shall be submitted to Buyer for its review (and shall be subject to its reasonable approval) prior to the filing of same with the Bankruptcy Court.
