Proposals. A. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the Owner and endorsed as provided in the Contract Documents. B. Proposals must be submitted filled out with ink or typewriter, and without erasure, interlineation or changes, and if not made in accordance with the Contract Documents, will be subject to rejection as irregular. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities. C. Proposals shall be made in the name of the principal and if a co-partnership, the names of all partners shall be given. Exact post office address shall be given in all cases. If Proposals are submitted by an agent, satisfactory evidence of agency authority must accompany the Proposal.
