Proposed Additional Projects. The Borrower may propose additional projects to be included as Eligible Projects. The Agent shall conduct such review of such projects as the Agent shall deem appropriate, including, without limitation, review of all timeshare instruments, consumer loan documents, real estate documents, amenities agreements, management contracts, marketing contracts, and other documentation related to such project. The Agent, with the consent of all of the Banks, shall be entitled to approve or not approve such proposed project as an Eligible Project.
