Common use of Proposed Borrowing Clause in Contracts

Proposed Borrowing. This Agreement represents a request by the Borrower to borrow Tranche B-1 Loans from the Participating Lenders as set forth on the applicable Borrowing notice to be delivered by the Borrower under the Credit Agreement.

Proposed Borrowing. This Agreement represents a request by the Borrower to borrow Tranche B-1 B-2 Term Loans from the Participating Tranche B-2 Lenders as set forth on the applicable Notice of Borrowing notice to be delivered by the Borrower under the Credit Agreement.
