Common use of Proposed Equipment Warranties Clause in Contracts

Proposed Equipment Warranties. The Authorized User may require Bidders to provide warranties for all major system components including modules, inverters, monitoring systems, tracking systems and mounting structures. Documentation must describe the duration of the warranty, and the nature of the performance guarantee(s). For all equipment, include the manufacturer and/or model information, the equipment, labor and roof penetration warranties, and details on insurance to protect Authorized Users from installation failures and whether the Bidder is bonded.
