Common use of Proposed New Facilities Projects Clause in Contracts

Proposed New Facilities Projects. The Recipient shall submit to the Province a Project Information Form for each New Facilities Project that it would like funded. The Project Information Form must be approved by the Recipient’s council, through delegated authority or by the Board, as applicable. The Recipient shall update the Project Information Form in accordance with the Program Guidelines, in the event of a project milestone being achieved and/or in the event of any proposed change.
