Proposed Retrofit Projects. The Recipient shall submit to the Province a Project Information Form for each Retrofit Project that it would like funded. The Recipient shall update the Project Information Form in accordance with the Program Guidelines, in the event of a project milestone being achieved and/or in the event of any proposed change.
