Proposed Site Specific Settlement Land. 5.14.1 Subject to 5.14.2, the provisions of 2.5.0 and 5.4.1 shall not apply to Proposed Site Specific Settlement Land, and Proposed Site Specific Settlement Land shall not be considered Settlement Land for any purpose.
