PROPOSED TERM SHEET Sample Clauses

A Proposed Term Sheet is a preliminary document that outlines the key terms and conditions of a potential agreement between parties before a formal contract is drafted. It typically covers essential elements such as pricing, timelines, responsibilities, and other major deal points, serving as a framework for further negotiation. By clearly setting out the main expectations and intentions of each party early in the process, the Proposed Term Sheet helps prevent misunderstandings and streamlines the path toward a final, binding agreement.
