Proposed Voltage Control Facilities. Interconnection Customer shall provide a description of the voltage control mechanism to be used for the project, including details of the proposed means to provide reactive compensation and voltage control / regulation. This shall include details on the VAR capabilities to meet Transmission Provider’s criteria across the power factor range, voltage regulation and control capabilities, proposed supplemental reactive support equipment (STATCOM, SVC, switched shunt capacitors and reactors), and tap-changer ratios (HV DETC or LTC on main transformer).
