Common use of PROPOSER’S RECORDS Clause in Contracts

PROPOSER’S RECORDS. K.1. The Proposer shall maintain business and financial records and books of account for the work hereunder and revenues achieved, identifiable within the framework of the business and financial records of the Proposer. Such books and records shall be in usual and accepted form. In case revenues are generated by an Affiliate, the Affiliate will maintain such records as well.
