Common use of PROPRIETARY AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS Clause in Contracts

PROPRIETARY AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS. Executive acknowledges that signing and complying with the Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement ("Confidentiality Agreement") attached as Attachment A, is a condition of his/her employment by the Company. Executive therefore agrees to sign and comply with the Confidentiality Agreement and acknowledges that by beginning employment with the Company, She/he will be deemed to have signed and agreed to all provisions of the Confidentiality Agreement.

Executive therefore agrees to sign and comply with the Confidentiality Agreement and acknowledges that by beginning employment with the Company, She/he will be deemed to have signed and agreed to all the provisions of the Confidentiality Agreement.
