PROPRIETARY AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS. Executive has signed and agrees to comply with the Company’s standard form of Employee Confidentiality and Inventions Assignment Agreement (“Confidentiality Agreement”) as a condition of his continued employment by the Company. Executive further agrees that all Company-related business procured by the Executive, and all Company-related business opportunities and plans made known to Executive while employed by the Company, are and shall remain the permanent and exclusive property of the Company.
